How Memberships and Billing Work

FowlSlam access is provided through an annual subscription. Billing is processed through PayPal checkout on the Join Now page.

Starting a membership

  1. Go to /join-now.
  2. Complete your account and profile information.
  3. Review the pricing shown under Payment Terms.
  4. Complete payment using the PayPal payment method provided.

Renewals

If your plan is set as a subscription, it renews automatically each year unless you submit a cancellation request using the official cancellation form.

Updating payment method

To update the funding source for a recurring subscription, manage the subscription inside your PayPal account (Subscriptions / Automatic Payments). Changes are handled through PayPal rather than inside the website.

Invoices and receipts

Your payment confirmation and receipts are typically available through PayPal and/or the email address used during checkout.

Membership access issues

  • Paid but no access: Log out and back in, then confirm you used the correct username.
  • Renewal failed: Check PayPal for a declined payment or expired card and update it there.
  • Still not resolved: Contact support: /contact.
